About the Practice
As one of the first Vets for Pets practices, Pudsey has been successfully supporting pets and owners since 1997. This is a stand-alone practice with parking outside; the area has great commuter links, offering easy access to the centre of Leeds.
The current practice owner has built up a strong team to support a loyal client base, the practice currently has over 2500 active clients with new client registrations at 12 per week. The surgical caseload for the practice is good because of the elderly client base. The current practice owner was able to complete a surgery certificate as a result of the work carried out in the practice.
Vets for Pets Pudsey comprises 3 consult rooms, separate cat and dog kennels, a theatre, a spacious prep area and a colleague room. The practice has a digital X-ray and a brand new wireless X-ray developer, ultrasound machine, a digital dental station, including a digital dental X-ray, and specialist orthopaedic equipment, as the current practice owner specialises in surgery and orthopaedics.
The current practice owner has built a good team with a loyal client base, resulting in a successful business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to take over the running of this thriving veterinary practice and continue its growth.
