We are looking for an ambitious vet or veterinary professional to become the practice owner at Vets for Pets Farnborough.

This well-established practice has an excellent local reputation and is built on a strong foundation of returning clients and varied case load. The practice has a strong exotic client base too! There is additional equipment in the practice, including an orthopaedic kit. 

The practice is open seven days a week and delivers good profits, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take over an established business and hit the ground running. There is a dedicated team in place, mostly long-standing and some new due to growth. 

You'll find the practice on a busy retail estate, with plenty of footfall from surrounding businesses, as well as from the Pets at Home store within which it sits. There are plans currently in place for a new supermarket to be built across from the store, providing even further footfall. There's a large residential area nearby and excellent commuter links by car and public transport. It is situated near to the M3 and M25.

With a refurbishment happening soon, the current layout of the practice consists of:

• 3 consult rooms – 1 doubles as an X-ray
• Sterile surgical theatre
• Isolation ward
• Separate cat and dog areas
• Good sized prep area, with iM3 Dental X-ray
• Office/colleague room
• Dispensary

The majority of the current team are long-standing, plus some new additions due to growth of the practice. The team consists of:

• 1 Clinical Director
• 2 Vets
• 2 RVNs
• 2 SVNs
• 1 Practice Manager/Head Nurse
• 2 VCA
• 3 PHAs

Farnborough is a town in north-east Hampshire, part of the borough of Rushmoor and the Farnborough/Aldershot Built-up Area. Farnborough was founded in Saxon times and is mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086.

It is probably best known for its biennial international air show. Hundreds of companies exhibit at the show and thousands of people visit. There are also outdoor centres and country parks that are a great attraction for young families, as well as plenty of shopping at nearby retail parks.
