Vets4Pets Kirkcaldy is situated inside Pets At Home within a busy and expanding retail and residential area.

The practice is open seven days a week and has a large client car park at the front of the main Pets at Home store as well as colleague parking to the rear. In addition to easy access from the motorway, Kirkcaldy boasts excellent transport links including bus and train links. Vets4Pets Kirkcaldy has a large prep area with dental/non-sterile surgery facilities as well as a fully equipped theatre, a kennel room, designated isolation room and three consult rooms.

The enthusiastic practice team is made up of four receptionists, one full-time and one part-time vet, one full-time VCA, one second year student nurse and one student nurse currently awaiting her final exam results.

This Practice offers a supportive environment where colleagues’ strengths are utilised and they are valued as individuals and are well bonded as a team. The Practice colleagues support each other and work hard to deliver excellent clinical care and client focused service. Continuing to develop team colleagues with training and rewarding the colleagues with bonus incentives would be important in maintaining engagement of the team.

The practice has a loyal client base with very high level of engagement in preventative health plans.
