After thirteen years building a successful, profitable practice at Companion Care Salisbury, our partner Sandra has decided it’s time to switch focus and sell her shares, so we’re looking for a new partner.
To continue the successful journey, this opportunity will suit an ambitious, commercially minded vet(s) or a combination of vets and nurses, and just like Sandra, a new partner(s) will be the sole decision maker and implement their strategy, taking full responsibility for the leadership and the direction in which the practice moves.
Under Sandra’s leadership since the doors opened in 2008, the practice has a good reputation in the local area with a strong, active client caseload, of which a large proportion are insured.
Located close to the centre of town and in the vicinity of a larger retail park, the practice is situated inside of a Pets at Home, where it’s found at the rear of the store, on the ground floor. Building relationships with the instore team to drive footfall and maximise commercial opportunities is an added benefit of this instore practice. The practice is supported with plenty of free onsite parking for clients and colleagues.
On offer at Companion Care Salisbury is:
• An ISFM (silver) status practice, 1,249 sq. ft. in size.
• A practice about to undergo refurbishment of the clinical workspace.
• A practice open 7 days a week with OOH taken care of by an external provider.
• Approximately 4,500, split canine/feline/exotics (with a small number of reptiles)
• Further opportunities for growth with the potential to drive NCR’s and footfall by opting into a variety of marketing campaigns.
• A practice offering 3 consult rooms (1 with x-ray)

• Digital x-ray, ultrasound scanner, dental machine/kit, multiparameter anaesthetic monitor, ECG, BP monitor, mobile ICU
• Opportunity to build upon an existing varied caseload.
• A dedicated team of 11 colleagues who are loyal to the practice (and each other), with at least half of the team having worked in the practice for 2- 13 years. The team are united in their focus on delivering high standards of healthcare for their patients. A strong nursing team who host nurse clinics and a practice manager in place to support the partner with the day to day running of the practice.
• Client satisfaction ratings average 4.5/5 across various online platforms.
• An active social media profile with regular client engagement and a large following. Partnering with Companion Care means you, the potential partner will
