Discovering practice ownership opportunities
Our ownership model is open to Vets, Nurses and Practice Managers looking to take the next step in their career and become a practice owner.
For many people, the first step in their journey to becoming a practice owner is an informal, confidential chat with one of our team. This is an opportunity to understand more about our business model, the financial investment, the support you will receive from our support office teams, and the business opportunities and locations that suit your requirements.
Once you’ve gained a better understanding of how the model works, the next stage involves a suitability assessment. From here you may be invited to a practice owner Discovery Day.
A Discovery Day is a 2–3-hour fact-finding session, carried out face to face or virtually, (whichever works best for you), to give you an insight into the role of a practice owner, answer your questions and for you to hear from key support office colleagues that will support you through your journey.
Following the Discovery Day, and once a practice location is agreed, should you wish to proceed, the next step is business planning. Our finance and partnership sales team will work with you to create your business plan for your chosen practice.
