About the role:

We understand that life comes with its priorities and downtime activities. That's why we offer flexible working hours negotiable between 20-35 hours weekly, including 1 in 4 weekends. All overtime is compensated, either monetarily or with time in lieu.  Our holiday allowance includes birthday leave, celebration leave for life milestones, and even the first day of primary school off. We believe in celebrating life's moments with you!

This role would be 20 – 35 hrs per week in 1 in 4 weekends.  We work a fixed schedule and we are flexible practice making it work for all parties.

We also advocate for the HALT campaign and ensure that our team gets well-deserved breaks. With paid lunch breaks, you can recharge and refuel for the rest of the day.

We operate with a team approach, ensuring each department has adequate support. Weekend shifts are covered by one person per department, and weekday shifts are managed by a team of three RVNs.  Growth is important to us and we encourage CPD opportunities with courses tailored to your interests and needs. We provide support, coaching, and even cover travel and accommodation expenses for CPD further afield.

Job Highlights -

• Salary between £25,693 -£29,557 (dependant on experience) 
• Professional memberships are paid by practice.  RCVS fees, BSAVA. would be happy to discuss other memberships if they were beneficial.
