About this practice

A well-established 4 consult rooms practice, placed uniquely within East Yorkshire.

As an established and successful practice in East Yorkshire, it has been serving its local community since March 2016. With nearly a decade of trading history, the practice offers a strong foundation for an ambitious veterinary professional looking to take the next step into ownership.

The East Yorkshire practice is a high-performing business, with a great reputation within the local community. The current practice owner, together with his supportive and experience team of 5 Vets and 6 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 Practice Manager, 1 VCA and 3 CCA's, have all worked hard to get the practice into a strong, profitable position.

On-site, they have four large consulting rooms, a long spacious prep area with a table for dentistry and overhead lighting. An isolation unit with a separate sink and several kennels including a double kennel big enough for large dogs. Separate dog and cat wards with modern cages and kennels (including walk-in kennels) that can be oxygenated and easily cleaned. The theatre is immaculate, with excellent lighting. The client waiting area is large and open plan with the ability to easily separate dogs and cats. Equipment includes modern X-ray, ultrasound, digital radiography, full lab equipment etc.

What our clients are saying

"After such a stressful time with my pug, the Practice Owner and the team were utterly brilliant from start to finish. Although treatment is still ongoing after surgery I have full faith in the vet team here. I simply would not take her anywhere else. I would highly recommend the Practice Owner as a vet especially for pugs! His extensive knowledge is second to non. I’m not a trusting person and it was hard at first but the team are amazingly reassuring and very supportive to not only myself as a human but to my little fury one too. Thanks so much for the amazing care given day in day out. I really appreciate you."

"Had a very distressing day when I had to have my baby put to sleep but every single person who was there, from vet to nurse to staff in the shop was amazing. I couldn't fault them in any way. I highly recommend this vets to anyone who has a pet and wants them to be treat with care and understanding. I truly believe that the staff care for your fur baby and they care for you too when that, time comes. Thank you to everyone there who put up with my rantings and my tears."
